Terms & conditions

These terms apply to all orders placed on soapmoulds.co.uk ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them alongside our delivery, returns and privacy policies.

1. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email to confirm your order. For custom items, production begins only after you approve your digital proof.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors before accepting an order.

3. Your artwork

By uploading artwork you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights. We may decline artwork that is offensive, unlawful or infringes trademarks. We will only use your artwork to fulfil your order.

4. Proofs

You are responsible for checking your proof carefully. We are not responsible for errors in a proof you have approved. Small variations in depth and detail are a natural part of the moulding process.

5. Custom design service

Where you purchase our custom design service, we will prepare or simplify artwork for your mould. Designs we create are licensed to you for use on your products.

6. Bespoke quotes

Bespoke quotes are valid for 30 days. Bespoke work may require a deposit before design begins.

7. Use of products

Follow care instructions supplied with your mould. We are not liable for results affected by recipe, temperature or misuse.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price of the order concerned.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
