A family business helping soap makers put their name on every bar
Why we started
Soap Moulds began at home, as a family making soap. We wanted our bars to carry our own name, but custom moulds were hard to find in the UK. The options meant big minimum orders, long waits from overseas or detail that came out blurry.
So we learned to make them ourselves. Friends who sold soap at markets asked for moulds of their own, then their friends did too, and a small business was born.
Today we make moulds for hobby soap makers, growing brands, wedding favours and gift businesses across the UK. We're still family-run, and every order is made with the same care as our first.

How your custom soap mould is made
Every mould is made to order, which is why custom moulds take 7–10 working days from proof approval. Need it sooner? Priority production takes 4–7 working days.
Stage 1
Artwork & proof
We refine your design so it reads clearly in soap, mirror it so it comes out the right way round, and email you a proof to approve.
Stage 2
Master pattern
Once approved, we make a precise master of your bar with your design raised on its surface. This is what gives every bar its crisp detail.
Stage 3
Silicone pour
Platinum-cure silicone is mixed, de-aired to remove bubbles and poured over the master to capture every line.
Stage 4
Curing
The silicone is left to cure fully before demoulding. We never rush this stage, as it is what makes the mould strong and durable.
Stage 5
Quality check
Each mould is trimmed, cleaned and inspected against your approved proof for detail, depth and finish.
Stage 6
Packed & dispatched
Your mould is packed flat and protected, then sent from our UK workshop with tracking options available.
