Soap Moulds is the data controller for personal data collected through soapmoulds.co.uk. We take your privacy seriously and comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

• Contact details: name, email, phone and delivery address
• Order details, including artwork and text you supply
• Messages you send through our contact and quote forms
• Basic, anonymous analytics about how the site is used

How we use it

• To make, proof and deliver your order (contract)
• To reply to enquiries and quotes (legitimate interest)
• To meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation)
• To send marketing emails, only if you opt in (consent)

Your artwork

Artwork you upload is used only to produce your order. We keep it for up to two years so we can make repeat orders quickly; ask us to delete it at any time.

Who we share it with

We share only what's needed with trusted providers: our payment processor, delivery carriers, email provider and website host. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years for tax purposes. Enquiries are deleted after two years if no order is placed.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@soapmoulds.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
