What happens after you order a custom mould
Production time starts once you approve your proof, not when you order. That gives us time to get your design exactly right before anything is made.
- Ready-made moulds: dispatched in 1–2 working days
- Bespoke moulds: timescales agreed when we quote
- Mixed orders: sent together when your custom mould is ready
You place your order
You receive an order confirmation email straight away.
We send your proof
We prepare your artwork and email a digital proof for you to check.
You approve it
Production starts the moment you approve. Reply promptly to avoid delays.
We make your mould
7–10 working days, or 4–7 working days with priority production.
Dispatched to you
We email you when it ships, with your Royal Mail tracking number.
Carefully packed
Moulds are packed flat and protected so they arrive in perfect shape, ready to use.
Lost or damaged parcels
Not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or arrived damaged? Tell us and we'll replace or refund it.
