Our team reviews your artwork and prepares it for the mould, adjusting line weights and spacing so your logo or lettering reproduces cleanly. We mirror the design so it reads the right way round on your soap, then email you a free digital proof. Once you approve it, your mould is made to order in the UK and dispatched.
Why choose a rectangle soap mould?
Rectangle bars are the default shape for most handmade soap businesses, and for good reason. They stack neatly, cut cleanly and give a wide, flat face that shows off a logo or wordmark beautifully.
Each mould is cast in flexible platinum-cure silicone, with your design in the base of every cavity, engraved into or raised on the finished bar, whichever you prefer. Choose a single-cavity mould for testing, or a 6-cavity mould for production batches.
