Policy details

Ready-made moulds

  • Return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
  • You receive a full refund of the item price.
  • The law gives you 14 days to cancel. We extend this to 30.
  • Return postage is yours to cover unless the item is faulty.

Custom & personalised items

  • Custom logo moulds, text moulds, matching stamps and bespoke moulds are made just for you.
  • They can't be returned for a change of mind. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
  • If your mould doesn't match the proof you approved, we'll remake it free or refund you in full.
  • Please check spelling, layout and sizing carefully when you approve your proof.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Tell us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll remake, replace or refund it in full, including postage. You won't be left out of pocket.

How to make a return

    Email us with your order number and, for faulty items, a photo.

    We confirm

    We reply within one working day with return instructions.

  3. 03

    Send it back

    Post the item back in its original condition.

  4. 04

    Refunded

    Your refund is made within 14 days of us receiving it.
