Question 1

How do I order a custom soap mould?

Accepted Answer

Use the live designer on our homepage to choose your shape, size, number of cavities and design. Add your logo, text or one of our ready-made designs, then check out. We’ll email you a digital proof before anything is made.

Question 2

I don’t have a logo — can I still order?

Accepted Answer

Of course. Add personalised text such as a business name, initials or a wedding date, choose one of our ready-made designs, or ask us to design something for you.

Question 3

Can I choose the size and depth of each soap cavity?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose a standard bar size or enter a custom length and width in the designer. If you need a specific depth or bar weight, add a note to your order or use our bespoke enquiry form and we’ll confirm what’s possible before production.

Question 4

Is there a minimum order?

Accepted Answer

No. You can order a single custom mould. For larger quantities or wholesale orders, get in touch and we’ll put together a quote.

Question 5

Can you make a shape that isn’t in the designer?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our bespoke service covers unusual shapes, multi-part moulds and larger runs. Send us your idea through the bespoke enquiry form and we’ll quote you.

Question 6

What file should I upload for my logo?

Accepted Answer

SVG, PDF, PNG or JPG all work. Vector files (.SVG) are ideal and get the fastest production times. Clear, high-contrast artwork gives the crispest result. If your logo has fine detail, we can simplify it for you.

Question 7

Is the preview in the designer exactly what I’ll get?

Accepted Answer

The designer is a guide to help you visualise your mould. Before production we refine the artwork so it looks its best in soap, mirror it so it reads the right way round on the finished bar, and send you a proof to approve.

Question 8

Will I see my design before it’s made?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every custom mould includes a free digital proof. Nothing goes into production until you approve it.

Question 9

Can you reproduce intricate logos and small lettering?

Accepted Answer

We reproduce a high level of detail, but very fine lines and small text can soften in soap. We review every design and will suggest adjustments, such as thicker lines or larger lettering, so it shows clearly.

Question 10

What if I want changes to my proof?

Accepted Answer

Just reply to your proof email with the changes. Small adjustments to layout, size and wording are included.

Question 11

What are the moulds made from?

Accepted Answer

Flexible, premium platinum-cure silicone, chosen for clean release and crisp detail.

Question 12

Can I use custom silicone soap moulds for cold process soap?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our moulds are designed for cold process and melt & pour soap. If you make hot process soap, use unusual additives or work at high temperatures, get in touch before ordering and we’ll advise whether our silicone suits your recipe.

Question 13

How many soap bars can I make with one mould?

Accepted Answer

Silicone moulds are made for repeated use. With gentle cleaning in warm soapy water and storage away from sharp objects and direct sunlight, your mould can be used batch after batch. Lifespan depends on your recipe, curing temperatures and handling.

Question 14

How do I clean and store my mould?

Accepted Answer

Wash in warm soapy water, rinse and let it air dry. Store it flat, out of direct sunlight, without heavy items stacked on top. Avoid sharp tools, which can nick the silicone.

Question 15

What is a matching soap stamp?

Accepted Answer

A hand stamp carrying the same design as your mould. Use it on loaf soaps, bath bombs and extra batches so your whole range is branded.

Question 16

How long does a custom mould take?

Accepted Answer

Custom moulds are made in 7–10 working days after you approve your proof, then dispatched. Priority production reduces this to 4–7 working days.

Question 17

How quickly are ready-made moulds dispatched?

Accepted Answer

Ready-made moulds are dispatched in 1–2 working days.

Question 18

How much is delivery?

Accepted Answer

Every UK order is sent tracked with Royal Mail: £3.95 for Tracked 48, or £5.95 for Tracked 24. Tracked 48 is free on orders over £40.00.

Question 19

Do you ship outside the UK?

Accepted Answer

We currently ship within the UK only. If you’re overseas, contact us and we’ll see what we can do.

Question 20

Can I return a custom mould?

Accepted Answer

Custom and personalised moulds are made specifically for you, so they can’t be returned for a change of mind. If anything is faulty or doesn’t match your approved proof, we’ll remake it or refund you in full.

Question 21

Can I return a ready-made mould?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Unused ready-made moulds in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

Question 22

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major debit and credit cards through our secure checkout. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us.
